Advance-Exchange Program
If your repairs are urgent, Montech’s Advance-Exchange Program will provide you replacement products to minimize your downtime. We customize the program to suit you, but for many of our clients, it works like this:
As soon as you call us with a repair request, we ship out a replacement product from the ones you have stored in our warehouse. With the replacement product, we also include everything you need to return the defective product – including return packaging (custom built to pack easily and hold your product damage-free), pre-addressed shipping labels, and clear packing/mailing directions.
By setting up an Advance-Exchange Program with us, you significantly reduce downtime and improve productivity. You also save time handling returns thanks to the return packaging materials.
