We manage the product return, re-stocking, and shipping processes for many of our major clients on an ongoing basis. 

This Logistics Management process goes like this: 

When a product arrives, it is immediately entered into our Order Control System which tracks and reports its status at each stage of repair and storage, including: 

•  Scheduling and managing pick-up and delivery of your products

•  Auditing incoming products to capture any errors at receipt

•  Digitally photographing items damaged during incoming transit

•  Stocking both finished goods and any defective materials

•  Managing FGI stocking levels to ensure your products are available when needed

•  "Blind” drop-shipping with your packing slip to make our involvement transparent to your customers

•  Bar-coding to your specifications

•  Creating protective and user-friendly packaging for return shipments

•  Providing engineering assistance as needed
