With a simple download on your network, the PRINTServe MPS Data Collection Agent (DCA) will remotely collect, store and analyze your printing devices’ operating data – providing information that helps to:

  • Identify overworked or under-utilized devices
  • Manage supply inventories and costs
  • Painlessly right-size your printing fleet by boosting efficiencies and cutting output costs

The MPS DCA requires no hardware investment. The software resides on a networked PC running Windows 2000/XL or higher, or directly on a Windows 2003 server.

Downloading and installing the software requires less than 10 minutes, with the entire set-up process handled by our technical support team with no demands on your IT staff.

The MPS DCA uses one-way communication exclusively. Only device data such as page counts and status are stored. No personal user data is recorded.
