Q/A Process Details
1. Diagnostic Testing We make no assumptions. Before we start working on your product, we test it thoroughly to be sure we know what’s causing the problem.
2. Cleaning and Repair As a first step, we clean the product to your standards. That allows us to do a better job of repairing the defect and preventing a recurrence of the problem. Our repairs are not finished until they meet your expectations.
3. Replacement and Integration We have an extensive inventory of parts. But, if we don’t have your part in stock, we will find it through our worldwide connections. If it is not available, we will make it ourselves. We are as creative as necessary to make sure you are satisfied.
4. Quality Assurance Once the repair is complete, we test and re-test it to make sure the product is fully functional. If our engineers detect any additional problems, such as a design flaw, we will work with you to identify and fix future generations of the product.

5. Documentation Each repair station connects to our Intranet (our online internal network) and your online documentation. Want any last minute changes to the process? No problem. We change it in one place, and every worker on every shift instantly gets the update with all the necessary details. Not only do we assure consistent quality during the initial repairs, our documentation enables us to provide the same level of quality on all future repairs.
6. Damage-Free Packaging We’re proud of our work and want to make sure it arrives back in your location in its restored condition. When that requires special packaging, we design it. We make sure the box and shipping materials are easy to re-use for shipments of similar products back to us.
7. Warehousing and Shipping We tailor our warehousing and shipping options to fit your ongoing replacement needs. For example, we will set up dedicated warehouse space for your products and/or parts and ship to one or multiple sites either on a bulk-ship or drop-ship basis.
We can stock and ship from locations close to your operations or end-users. In addition to our Massachusetts shipping and warehouse facilities, we have a network of warehousing services supplied through our transportation and delivery partners around the world.
